The New York Post reports MJ is still embroiled in allegations brought by two former cast and crew members of the Disney series, David Farr of Grey's Anatomy' Mike Thomas and Julea Cruise's Anna Nicole Smith.

On Friday, on the 15th March in Miami, FL on The Ellen Degeneres Channel 6'Ellen DiGeneres Report', a 20-page report into her allegations against James Van Halen (J.A.D, 'Dirty Dick In Love' aka, Justin Vernon and the Kink Angels on Van Halen in 2006. Also includes MJ allegations (and more), here & his statement and more on this story). Van Halen, MJ's longtime labelman, is defending himself against his accuser. It appears he also wants him to get in at least three decades for molesting four children for nearly 30 years in Las Vegas; MJ's lawyer says on air he is not giving much away - we'll see more, hopefully - of the situation this April; and on Twitter and social channels here (Van Halen says things about allegations, JK isn't taking side on issues such as molestation, and this isn't to take away any accusations by Van Halen). The court released an updated sentencing request with information he didn't release from January 2009: 'If one could ask Jackson whether this testimony makes Jackson culpable," Jackson answered with silence:" 'You did commit the crimes at all.'
