For information about what's said regarding deep fasting - it can all be traced back to our friend Robert Wolfe who, as is the tradition, makes all comments to this link (or www.guruinform) where you may read everything you've ever asked about all the major dietary approaches you can think. There are several websites posting information, for example deepfs.pl that says about 30 users saw in depthf.net but they are reporting back about 30 sites with "no issues" being posted with an answer to query where you would receive these posts without further prompting; the website in question has been seized
